IP67 Rubber Wire Christmas String Lights for Commercial Outdoor Projects
Chengyi Lighting’s IP67 rubber wire Christmas string lights are built for repeated outdoor holiday use where thin consumer-grade wire is not suitable. The standard SL-10m 100LED model combines warm-white LED points with H03RN-F 1 × 0.5 mm² rubber cable, sealed joints and an IP67 waterproof structure for Christmas trees, building outlines, gardens, hotels, streets and large event installations.
This product is the first commercial model in our Rubber Wire String Light collection. Standard and project-specific versions are available in different light colours, voltages, lengths, wire colours, control modes and regional plug configurations.

- IP67 sealed lighting system: Glue-filled LED beads and injection-moulded joints are designed for outdoor rain, snow and frost exposure.

Waterproof Construction and Installation Planning
The product video demonstrates the warm-white rubber-cable string operating while fully submerged during a continuous waterproof test. For a permanent outdoor project, the complete system still requires suitable protection for plugs, controllers, power distribution and cable terminations. Chengyi Lighting can calculate string quantities, connection points and power layout from the installation drawing.
