05 · RECIPIENTS AND TRANSFERS

How we share information

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to:

  • authorities or other parties when required by law, necessary to protect rights and safety, or relevant to a merger, financing or transfer of the business.

We do not sell project-enquiry contact lists for money. However, the use of advertising cookies or pixels may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under some US state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where such laws apply, you may request an applicable opt-out by contacting us, and we will process valid requests as required.

Because we operate from China and use international service providers, information may be processed in countries other than your own. Privacy laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, consent-based or other lawful transfer safeguards.

06 · RETENTION AND PROTECTION

How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. Order, contract, invoice, shipping and accounting records may be kept for longer periods required by applicable commercial, tax, customs or accounting rules. Advertising and analytics providers apply their own retention settings and policies.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, website security measures, service-provider controls and staff procedures. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
